I used to be young and naive. I am still the former.
I can’t remember exactly how long ago it was, but a couple of years back I started to worm my way in to social justice circles. Born out of an earnest desire to help (a “savior complex,” they might call it), I listened, even when what they were saying was nothing short of ridiculous.
Surely such enlightened people...
